At Rolli, pork reigns in the form of the Rolli Pork Loin Extraordinarie, a drip-intensive delicacy that is the creation of classically trained chef Jay Josephs. Rollis consist of rotisserie roasted pork loin with peppers, onions, provolone and mustard, together with Josephs' secret blend of spices, all served on a Kaiser roll.
