Long Doggers brings its Margaritaville style of dining to Minton Road. Forget that the street is always busy, because leisurely beach dining is just a Long Doggers away. Opt for the outdoor patio for people-watching, particularly during the many special events Long Doggers hosts. Long Doggers hot dogs, such as the Johnny O'Dog, are legendary, as are the wings. We recommend the garlic teriyaki wings. The tuna appetizer is unforgettable, too. The latest entree to make a splash is the mahi taco, three soft flour tortillas filled with mahi-mahi, lettuce, spicy ranch and pico de gallo. That costs you $7.95 and is served with fruit, pickle and cole slaw. Happy hour is from 8 p.m. to close Tuesday and Thursday, where you can two-for-one domestic drafts. Get 35-cent wings from 8 p.m. to close Monday nights and 35-cent steamed clams on Sundays all day. Get two-for-one wine from 5 p.m. to close Wednesdays. Tuesday night is car night, and Thursday night is Brevard's biggest bike night. The fun starts at 6 p.m. for both events. Look for live music on bike night, and steel drums from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays.
