What started as a produce stand became a top-notch taco stand after customers cast their vote of confidence for Quillen's handmade tacos and shells and recipes such as chicken burritos with a California flair. The menu continues with handmade burgers, breaded pork tenderloin(a midwestern delicacy), homemade bar-b-que sauces, both Texas and Southern styles, and fried pickles and hot dogs(yes, fried pickles and hot dogs). Occasionally you'll see a macho taco: a 12-inch tortilla shell free-formed into a big taco with seasoned ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato and taco sauce.
