Rusty's Seafood and Oyster Bar was created as a cozy, come-as-you-are, fun-filled alternative to Bernard's Surf and its fine-dining atmosphere. Take a seat at the oyster bar, outside on the large wood deck overlooking the water, or enjoy the air-conditioning. We hear the most popular item on the menu is the blackened dolphin sandwich. Other good ones to try include the fish and chips, crab legs and oysters. Happy hour is from 3 to 6 p.m. daily. Get two-for-one wells, two-for-one Chablis, two-for-one burgundies, $1.50 pints of Bud Light and $1.60 pints of Mich Ultra. Rusty's also has an $8 special -- 10 wings and a pitcher. During certain times, you can get slightly cheaper wings and oysters. Items on the menu range from $6 to $21. Rusty's is the only restaurant at the Port where you can "dock and dine," where you can park your boat. The bar and restaurant has six slips.
