Horrible staff and food

Will never go to this place again. Spoiled drink mixer, food was terrible, and the staff could use some attitude adjustments.

Loved it the first time which was not too long after it opened. Went back and it was horrible. Had the crab stuffed mahi... Had our waiter not disappeare​d we would have returned the whole thing. The mahi was dry and way oversalted​. Vegetables​ tasted and smelled like they had been sitting out all day. Rice pilaf was literally cold. This was the Worst meal I've had in a very long time. We finally asked another waiter to have our waiter bring our check. When our waiter came we explained our issues with dinner. His comments were rude and included "well you ate it all so it couldn't have been too bad", and "you're the only people that complained​ all night". I pointed out that we rid eat about 1/4 cup of rice between us and one bite of veggies each and mine was in my napkin. We did wash the fish down with water. It was just after 8:00 and we were very hungry. When we arrived He also told us that it had been very slow all night. There was just one other occupied table at the time so I don't think a plethora of customers had been there to order that dinner that evening. Anyway he was so rude and we had been very nice about everything​. The bill was $21.15 and we paid $21.15. No tip. We won't go back for a very long time if at all.

My man and I had the best time at Crackerjack's, We dined outside at the tiki bar, the staff was friendly and the service was great. The food was very good and being on the water, well that's what Florida is all about. The newly built pier was beautiful and you could also come by boat. I would encourage others to come check it out, it is probably one of the best places in Titusville.
