Get $1 domestic draft beers from 5 to8 p.m. Monday through Thursday in the tiki bar. Signature sushi roll? The golden California is popular. It's a California roll with tempura. Ladies night on Thursdays starts at 5 p.m. Women can get a margarita, strawberry daquiri, cosmopolitan, house mojito and house wines. Look for sake-tinis and vodka shots at discounted prices. Items on the menu range from $16 to $25. Also, Chameleon Fusion Bistro's lychee sakitini won best martini in Melbourne in the 2009 Metromix-sponsored "Martinis and Mistletoe" event. The restaurants recently opened an outdoor area called Tabu - Tapas and Tiki Bar. Tabu has the same hours and menu as Chameleon, although there is an emphasis on tapas - light Spanish dishes - and tropical drinks. There is seating for about 50 people outdoors.
