Celebrating their 6th annual event, Spike TV's Scream Awards 2011 honored this year's best in horror, sci-fi, fantasy and comic book genres at Universal Studios in Universal City, CA.

Celebrities from your favorite scary films and shows gave out awards like Most Memorable Mutilation and The Ultimate Scream to the spine-tingliest nominees, while attendees got sneak peek clips of "Sherlock Holmes 2," "Paranormal Activity 3," "Ghost Rider 2" and "The Woman in Black" throughout the show.

'Scream Awards 2011' airs Tuesday, October 18, at 9 p.m. on Spike TV.
