This was the first time I'd been back to Ryan's since they expanded and the place looked beautiful. The place was hopping on a Wednesday night and I was glad to see that they were doing so well. My friend and I ordered a large salad to split, which I found a bit pricey at $7.50 but it was LOADED with meat and cheese. We also ordered fried pickles, a favorite of my friend's, but I found them a bit blah. We ordered a white pizza with chicken and when we debated getting a medium or large, the waitress said, "No, the large is HUGE; get the medium. It will be more than enough for both of you." When she left to put in our order my friend said, "That's the first time that someone didn't try to upsell me something." When we got our medium pizza it was ENORMOUS so I very much appreciated the honesty of the waitress and we took home more than half of the pie. (The white pizza, btw, is nice and garlicy!) The only thing I would like to see is pepper grinders on the tables instead of pepper shakers.

I do not think that place deserved more than 1 star
Scottwood commented on American Music Awards -- a disaster
Well put Mike. I tried to watch but couldn't satisfy my attention for more than 30 seconds at a time. I only stopped occasionally while channel surfing. Stupid finale. What a joke. Love the Morse-code comparison.

This park is a great spot to just sit back and relax or have a family gathering at one of the large pavillions. Also a dog park has now been built so dogs are allowed in the designated areas. Much construction and upgrades have been done so now there are quite a few pavillions and around 5 fishing piers. they have definately done some nice things to this park. love it
mousireid wrote about Denny's Restaurant
Having been to many Denny's in different states over the years I expected much of the same on Wickham Road. We went at 5pm on a Tuesday night understanding it would be a Kids Eat Free evening. The food here was just okay. The presentation could have been better too. Waitress seemed a little confused most of the time but she could have been new. Place was pretty empty, and now I know why. I will not be recommending this Denny's to anyone I know and I hope there are better ones in the area.

We decided to give it a try yesterday. Menu looks very promising, prices are rather attractive, pictures on the menu look great. Hot tea was good (tea bags made in Japan), Hot and Sour soop was very good. But that was it. We waited about 40 minutes for the main dish. When it arrived it looked great - presentation was really amazing. But the taste... The Mango Chicken tasted like flour. It was OK, but nothing special. The fried noodles with seafood looked amazing, but they were pretty bland - no taste at all. But the Spiy Basil Chicken was a disaster. It tasted like somebody decided to put a pound of salt into it. I requested it to be replaced. The second one was at least not salty, but it was just bland - not hot at all. Wasn't it supposed to be "spicy"? Anyway, we paid, left and probably won't come again. And if so, this will be a to-go order and probably just the hot and sour soup. The Thai place on the other side of the street (Thai Fuji?) may be more expensive, but the food is good.

PaPa J's his a great place to go to for entertainment and a fun time. However, I was waited on by someone new to the establishment, and she had an attitude that was not nice. Apparently, she had just been hired. Other than that, it is a great place.
marilynj wrote about Fiesta Azteca
At Fiesta Azteca, you will find a great atmosphere, friendly workers, great prices, and most of all, the greatest authentic Mexican food available anywhere. The taste of every dish is far superior to any other Mexican restaurant in the county.
marilynj wrote about Mimi's Cafe
I highly recommend Mimi's Cafe. The food is wonderful and everything tastes fresh. The service is great and the cost comparable to all the local restaurants of the same calibur. The atmosphere is special as if you're in the French Quarters of New Orleans.

I may try to go back again one day for a second chance. Everybody deserves a second chance! Bartender was nice.

Had reservations as soon as I walked through the door, no hostes, seemed to be very dirty! I stood there while waitress was talking and goofing off! When I finally was sat in the "lounge" watched a bartender laughing and taking a shot behind the bar! I was shocked to see this, especially at 12: 45 in the afternoon! I was basically forced into eating off of the OVERPRICED buffett, food was cold and sloppy. Needless to say, will never go back!!!!

SnowBird43 commented on Restaurant review: Nosh & Ganache
If this place hadnt been so expensive i think it could have been great. They charged me for a refill on my iced tea. I got a vegetarian dish that was soggy and bland, it looked good but failed to satisfy. the salad had little bits of rotten lettuce in it, as if they had the same bag of mixed greens for 2 weeks and rather than get fresh ingredients they picked through a bag of rotten greens to serve me a salad. The dressing was bitter and not great. The coffee i got with dessert was good, but the bread pudding i ate teasted like it came out of a microwave, definitely not worth $7. overall my guest and i paid almost $60 for lunch including tip. and as if to slap my guest and i in the face they told me that we couldnt have the choclate we wanted. we had to choose from the "pre-selected" chocolates. overpriced food, poor service, poor quality. I will not be back, and i discourage anyone else from dining here.
