Is it "bruh-VARD" or "brev-erd?" (It's the first one!) In any case, whether you're visiting Brevard County -- aka the Space Coast -- or you live here, we have your neighborhood covered. Each neighborhood guide features restaurants, bars, theaters, event listings and more. And since we're so close to Indian River County (no pronunciation help needed for this one), we've included a few neighborhood guides from that area, too.

Did we miss your favorite hangout? Help us out! E-mail jsangalang@metromix.com.

Titusville Neighborhood Guide

Ah, Titusville (pronounced "TIGHT-us-ville). Explore the northern part of the Space Coast

Melbourne Beach Neighborhood Guide

The drive along State Road A1A through this little town is a peaceful one -- unless there's a surf festival in Sebastian or it's a perfect day to go to the beach. Melbourne Beach is pretty quiet and laidback.

Melbourne Neighborhood Guide

Downtown Melbourne, West Melbourne, beachside Melbourne and Palm Bay-Melbourne: The city of Melbourne is hardly square. The boundaries, actually, touch parts of the Indian Harbour Beach area, and then there's that strip of Wickham Road (or Minton) when Melbourne becomes West Melbourne and Babcock Street when Melbourne becomes Palm Bay. But we digress ... the city features a plethora of entertainment venues, restaurants, bars and clubs. Downtown Melbourne caters to the tourists and the locals, and is definitely a landmark in Brevard.

Cocoa Village Neighborhood Guide

Enjoy shopping, eating, drinking in the colorful, dog-friendly area between Rockledge and Cocoa

Cocoa Beach Neighborhood Guide

Spring break, summer and surf festivals RULE Cocoa Beach. State road A1A and 520 look a little like the Las Vegas strip at night with the neon signs and mega tourist shops. There also is a downtown area at Minutemen Causeway. Landmarks include the Glass Bank, Cocoa Beach Pier and Coconuts. There's a tourist-heavy section, and there are laidback, small-town parts where residents travel by bike.
