Cocoa Beach Neighborhood Guide

Spring break, summer and surf festivals RULE Cocoa Beach. State road A1A and 520 look a little like the Las Vegas strip at night with the neon signs and mega tourist shops. There also is a downtown area at Minutemen Causeway. Landmarks include the Glass Bank, Cocoa Beach Pier and Coconuts. There's a tourist-heavy section, and there are laidback, small-town parts where residents travel by bike.
