Zap Squad: Martinis and Mistletoe
Martinis and Mistletoe was hosted by the Melbourne Regional Chamber of East Central Florida on Friday night at DRTV Productions at 525 N. John Rodes Blvd., Melbourne. There was a best martini contest, plus food and music at the FLORIDA TODAY and Metromix Brevard-sponsored event.
Voters chose the ultimate white Cosmo from Atlantic Blue Beach Bar at Hilton Melbourne Beach as the best martini in Melbourne. Crowne Plaza Melbourne's Santa baby martini was voted best decorated martini.
Other contestants this year were Chameleon Fusion Bistro's fusion pear martini, Holiday Inn Viera's choclatcupatini, Seth-N-Harry's Bar and Grill's mint chocolate chip martini, Broken Barrel Tavern's chocolate raspberry kiss, Off the Traxx's Christmas cookie martini, the Pour Doctors' sex with a strawberry martini, River Rocks Restaurant's rocktini and Island Pasta and Florida Keys Piano Bar's cucumber basil martini.
