Zap Squad: Vintage party

The Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce members and guests got together Sept. 2 for a Wednesday Friendsday event at O’Donnell’s Quality Pontiac GMC in Cocoa. Local rockers Vintage, which released a new CD "Welcome to Earth," played to a crowd of about 150 people. Vintage will also perform from 9 p.m. to 1a.m. Friday at the Dog 'N Bone, 9 Stone St., Cocoa; at Ron Jon’s Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday; and then cap the Labor Day long weekend on Monday, playing at Coconuts on the Beach, 2 Minutemen Causeway, Cocoa Beach, from 2 to 6 p.m. For more information, visit www.VintageTheBand.com.
