Recognized as a premiere windsurfing location, Kelly Park-East on the Banana River features a natural launch area for catamarans and sailboards, as well as a sandy beach, showers and boat ramps with dock. The park also includes a small scenic lagoon, paved walkway and pavilions. Because its waterfront view is so attractive, reservations are recommended.
