Sure, you could celebrate Cinco de Mayo with shots of cheap tequila and a poncho and sombrero, but we prefer the more refreshing option of sipping on margaritas. We searched the Space Coast for the spirited libation in all its forms. Some were tart, some were sweet, some packed a punch, and some came with a souvenir, but all are a delicious way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Let us know what you think of our choices.
