Camp Holly is one of the oldest fish camps in Florida. It's been a staple since the 1920s. Camp Holly is off the beaten trail, right on the St. Johns River. They offer airboat tours and live bands on Saturday nights. Beer and wine are available for purchase. Food is available on the weekends only -- try some gator tail, frog legs or good old standby hamburgers and hot dogs. Items on the menu are under $9.
