Metromix launch party: Melting Pot

Dip into something different! That's what they say at the Melting Pot at the Avenue in Viera. Metromix Brevard hit the county's premiere spot for fondue on Friday night. It was one of four sites for our Metromix launch party. Our site (www.brevard.metromix.com) officially launched on Nov. 19, 2008, and that's reason enough to celebrate. The Melting Pot featured $2.50 drink specials, the "Metrotini" for $5, a $3 Undertow shot and a "Metro-blue cheese fondue" for $10. Entertainment was provided by Mark Reiter. Many people turned out and mingled in the bar and outside.
